Sustainable Tourism Bogotá

This tour allows you to experience the life of local artisans first-hand while visiting multiple towns and villages throughout the region. It's an excellent opportunity to interact with the local people, learn from rural artisans and support family-owned businesses.

Enjoy a leisurely ride along the lagoon with local fishermen, learn how to make your own basket from junco reeds and spend the night in a laid-back artisan town. Participate in a clay workshop, browse stores filled to the brim with locally-made handicrafts and explore the cobblestone streets of colonial Villa de Leyva.

Accommodation

The tour includes accommodation in a mid-range hotel in the town. Luxury upgrades are not available. Click here for more information on the available accommodation options.
